Background
My second short weekend
European city break, taking advantage of BA's Club Europe sale. Berlin
is a great city with an amazing history as a pivotal point in the Cold
War. I had visited once before in 1998, when the city was still being
extensively rebuilt after reunification, so it was good to make another
trip to see how things had progressed. As you can see below, the city is
now almost unrecognisable from re-unification 15 years ago.
